In Loving Memory of Johnny Gutierrez ~ 04/30/48 - 06/24/12
Co-owner of the Ponderosa Eatery and Saloon, Johnny Gutierrez passed away on Sunday June 24th. He leaves behind a wife, children, and grandchildren as well as an extended Ponderosa family who will all miss him very much. Memorial services will be held at the Ponderosa Eatery and Saloon on Friday, July 6th 2012 at 2:00pm followed by a potluck. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes to carry on Johnny's dedication to the Disabled American Veterans and donations can be made in memory of Johnny at www.dav.org (just click on DONATE and choose Memorial & Honorary gifts)

The Ponderosa's impressive bar serves over 65 liquors, 25 different import and domestic beers, including four on tap, and a few choice wines. If you happen to find yourself at the bar on Monday thru Wednesday from 4-7pm, take advantage of our Happy Hour beer specials!
The Ponderosa provides a relaxing atmosphere to take in a game of pool with friends, dance the night away on most Fridays or Saturdays when we host local bands, watch the UFC Fights and NFL games on our big screen tv, or just kick back and have a couple beers on our outdoor patio.(weather permitting)
The Ponderosa has a lot to offer you. We are available for all kinds of special events. We also provide a great location for movie and photo shoots. The Ponderosa was featured in the 2004 film, Elvis Has Left The Building. We are proud supporters of our local East Mountain Abate Chapter and bikers are always welcome.
